I sincerely hope that these changes will include building a TweetBoard that WORKS, with a helpdesk and a link to widgets etc.
I have Tweetboard on the current Drupal site I am building, and wanted to use on my html site as well.However the feed from twitter to tweetboard does NOT UPDATEHeres the account link http://graphiclineweb.tweet...... and there there is no way to report this problemI have had to disable the app on the Drupal siteI see the feed to from 140Ware twitter account works, Why is that not surprising, they seem to be the people behind tweetboard.Tweetboard will never retain users if it continues with the current poor service levels. No-one wants to put broken widgets on their sites.

On several sites the widget does not open (Today)

Get TweetBoard working properly, and I will include it on several of my websites as well as some clients. It's a great idea, and looks very professional BUT IT MUST WORK

We (http://allconsolegamers.com/) requested an invite months ago so we can use it via vBSEO but never got approved. Being approved is something we are really looking forward to so we can better make use of Twitter.

They already weren't updating real-time. I'd go to my favorite site to comment on something they posted on Twitter & encourage discussion, and spend 10 minutes looking through posts just to end up not finding it at all. I was that confident that it should be there, but it wasn't, and that's bad. If you can't do that in real time anymore for tweets from the owner of the individual Tweetboard, there's no point in having a Tweetboard.

We have no backlog ATM, tweets are all accepted within 1-14days. If somehow you were missed and you haven't received yours yet since 2009 then please open a ticket at http://support.tweetboard.com/ so that we can investigate.
